This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which EduVisa (“we”, “our”, “the Company”) issues refunds for services provided to students (“you”, “the client”). By engaging with EduVisa, you agree to the terms outlined below.

EduVisa provides professional counselling, documentation support, visa guidance, and pre‑departure services. These services involve time, expertise, and administrative effort.
Therefore, all service fees paid to EduVisa are generally non‑refundable once work has begun.

🧾 2. Non‑Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non‑refundable:

  • Counseling and consultation fees

  • Administrative or processing charges

  • Medical test fees
  • English test fees

Refunds for these services must be requested directly from the respective provider.

EduVisa does not guarantee:

  • University admission
  • Visa approval
  • Scholarship awards

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Visa refusals
  • University rejections
  • Delays caused by external authorities
  • Changes in immigration or university policies

📝 5. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases Only)

A partial refund may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made in error
  • Payment made but no service has been initiated
  • A written request submitted within 48 hours of payment, before any counseling or documentation work begins

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with proof of payment.

EduVisa reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on service progress.


⏳ 6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing may take 7–21 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Transaction or bank charges may be deducted

❌ 7. Service Termination by Client

If you choose to discontinue services after work has begun:

  • No refund will be issued
  • All completed work remains the intellectual property of EduVisa

🛑 8. Service Termination by EduVisa

EduVisa may terminate services if:

  • Fraudulent or false documents are submitted
  • Payments are not completed
  • The client engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior

In such cases, no refund will be provided.

EduVisa reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request.
