EduVisa provides the following services:

📝 3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate and effective guidance, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, complete, and up‑to‑date information
  • Submit required documents within agreed timelines
  • Follow instructions for applications, payments, and visa procedures
  • Attend counseling sessions, interviews, and training as scheduled

EduVisa is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late submissions.


🛂 4. Visa & Admission Disclaimer

EduVisa provides expert guidance but does not influence decisions made by:

  • Embassies or consulates
  • Immigration authorities
  • Universities or colleges
  • Scholarship bodies

All final decisions rest solely with the respective institutions.


💳 5. Fees & Payments

  • Service fees will be communicated clearly before engagement.
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
  • Fees paid for counseling, documentation, or visa guidance are non‑refundable, as they cover time and expertise already delivered.
  • Third‑party fees (application fees, courier charges, exam fees, etc.) are the client’s responsibility.

EduVisa collects personal information solely for the purpose of providing study‑abroad services. This may include:

  • Academic records
  • Identification documents
  • Financial statements
  • Contact information

We store and process data securely and do not share it with unauthorized parties. Information may be shared with universities, visa offices, or partners only with your consent.

  • The client engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior

Clients may also terminate services, but fees already paid are non‑refundable.

All EduVisa content—including guides, counseling materials, website text, and resources—is the intellectual property of EduVisa. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

By using EduVisa’s website or digital platforms, you agree not to:
