- Coaching for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, and Duolingo
These services are advisory and supportive. EduVisa does not guarantee admission, scholarships, or visa approval.

To ensure accurate and effective guidance, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, complete, and upâtoâdate information
- Submit required documents within agreed timelines
- Follow instructions for applications, payments, and visa procedures
- Attend counseling sessions, interviews, and training as scheduled
EduVisa is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late submissions.
đ 4. Visa & Admission Disclaimer
EduVisa provides expert guidance but does not influence decisions made by:
- Embassies or consulates
- Immigration authorities
- Universities or colleges
- Scholarship bodies
All final decisions rest solely with the respective institutions.
đł 5. Fees & Payments
- Service fees will be communicated clearly before engagement.
- Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
- Fees paid for counseling, documentation, or visa guidance are nonârefundable, as they cover time and expertise already delivered.
- Thirdâparty fees (application fees, courier charges, exam fees, etc.) are the clientâs responsibility.

EduVisa collects personal information solely for the purpose of providing studyâabroad services. This may include:

- Financial statements

We store and process data securely and do not share it with unauthorized parties. Information may be shared with universities, visa offices, or partners only with your consent.

Clients may also terminate services, but fees already paid are nonârefundable.
